French-born but Southeast Asia-raised, Henri Lambert has over thirty years of professional experience in the region. He has worked with diplomatic missions, non-government organizations and both old and new media companies, primarily in technology, editorial, analysis and research roles. He is particularly interested in press freedom, human rights and the tourism economy. He has lived for periods in Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. He is an avid reader, surfer, and volcano climber, making Indonesia the perfect home. He is picky about both his coffee and phở.
